We endeavor to provide exceptional service and value to all clients through the on-demand video course or personalized coaching. We have tried to provide sufficient information to help you decide whether you want to take services/ purchase learning products from https://thehealingsoul.in. You are expected to do sufficient due diligence prior to purchasing a product/service.

As such, the on-demand video course (including any promotional offers or consultations), any products or services purchased through this website are not eligible for a full or partial refund, cancellation or transfer under any circumstances. The same applies to all coaching services, the only exception being a force majeure incident that renders Ms.Shivani Saini unable to deliver coaching for the foreseeable future.

Online courses or coaching services are NOT transferable.

We do not store any of your payment information (Debit & Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, etc.) or any other information    restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for processing payment and have partnered with payment gateways for the payment towards services.
